Fees and Payment Methods: Our practitioners accept cash, credit cards, and electronic funds as a method of payment.  Please be aware of practitioners do not carry any cash on them.  For in-home massage a a travel and setup fee is charged.  An additional fee of $1.50 per mile will be added into the final cost of the massage/bodywork session as well as tolls if appointment is 15 miles beyond our studio location.

 

Cancelation Policy:  In the massage and bodywork industry filling canceled appointments last minute is almost impossible so policies are in place to protect our business potential.  We understand that life can get in the way from time to time so we try and be reasonable by asking that cancelations are made by phone or text a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid fees.

For appointments canceled after the 24 hour period the following fees are imposed:

  • 50% of the treatment cost will be charged for cancelations made from 5:00p to 10:00p the day prior to the session (charged to credit card used to secure appointment or by deduction from gift certificate).
  • 100% of the treatment cost will be charged for last minute cancelations and no shows (charged to credit card used to secure appointment or by void of gift certificate).

 If there is no answer at the time of your call you must leave a voicemail or feel free to text and someone will acknowledge confirmation of the cancelation and no charges will be applied to your card.
